What this site collects

Measurement. With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, where visits come from, and which actions matter, such as opening the booking page. Nothing is measured beyond what you allow in the cookie banner. Google Analytics processes IP addresses to derive an approximate location and does not store them.

Traffic. The site also uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies, identifiers, or a profile.

Booking. The booking page embeds a Google Calendar appointment schedule. Details you enter there, such as your name and email, go to Google to create the appointment and are handled under the Google privacy policy.

Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs for security and operation.

Cookies

The advertising category currently sets no cookies. It exists so that campaign measurement, if it is ever added, is enabled only by your choice.

Your choices

The banner on your first visit asks before anything beyond necessary cookies is used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting changes nothing about how the site works.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to sergio@barguilla.com. You can also complain to your supervisory authority; in Spain that is the AEPD.

Retention

Analytics event data is kept for 14 months. Your consent choice is kept for 180 days.
